TextLayout

Struct TextLayout

Source
pub struct TextLayout {
    pub glyphs: Vec<PlacedGlyph>,
    pub width: i32,
    pub height: i32,
    pub missing_characters: Vec<char>,
}
Expand description

Laid-out text: each glyph’s place, and the size of the whole.

Fields§

§glyphs: Vec<PlacedGlyph>

The glyphs, each with its position.

§width: i32

The width in pixels.

§height: i32

The height in pixels.

§missing_characters: Vec<char>

Distinct input characters absent from the font, rendered using the fallback policy. Kept even when the font has no replacement glyph, so missing text is diagnosable.

Implementations§

Source§

impl TextLayout

Source

pub fn compute( res: &Resources, font: FontId, text: &str, wrap_width: Option<i32>, justify: u32, ) -> TextLayout

Lay out text. wrap_width enables word wrapping at that width; justify is 0 left, 1 centre, 2 right (relative to the widest line).
