Unless you explicitly state otherwise, any contribution you intentionally submit for inclusion in the work, as defined in the Apache-2.0 licence, is dual-licensed as above, without any additional terms or conditions.

The licence covers only the code and documents in this repository. It does not cover Banished or its data. You must supply those yourself.

The lettering in the Un-Banished logo uses the EB Garamond typeface, which is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Banished is © Shining Rock Software, LLC. Un-Banished is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shining Rock Software. We use the name "Banished" only to say which game this engine plays. The screenshots above show the original game's art. Un-Banished drew them from a player's own copy of the game.

This repository contains no game files, no extracted assets and no decompiled code. Contributions must not add any.
