ExportVtableSlots

Tool tools/ghidra/ExportVtableSlots.java (ghidra, Ghidra scripts). Print executable targets from selected 64-bit MSVC vtables in a Ghidra project.

A Ghidra script: scripts/ghidra-export.sh and scripts/ghidra-run.sh run it headless. Source on GitHub.
